Fred Stone, the founder of Stone Seminars, has over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist. He has seen many individuals face workplace challenges and realized that only some require traditional therapy. He created Stone Seminars to provide practical guidance and foster fulfillment in the workplace.
A Diverse and Accomplished Career:
Before founding Stone Seminars, Fred Stone was an Air Force officer and taught courses on human behavior and leadership. His military experience provided him with an understanding of discipline, leadership, and teamwork.

Rachel E. Foster, PhD, LCSW
Rachel E. Foster is a retired Air Force Lt Col. Dr. Foster served nearly 21 years on active duty in clinical, research, and leadership roles and is a combat veteran having served as the Officer in Charge of a Combat Stress Clinic in Afghanistan. Dr. Foster was the Air Force Surgeon General Advisor at the Pentagon’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Office for more than 3 years where she provided subject matter and clinical expertise in support of sexual assault victims. During this time, she also developed the call for the office’s prevention research and was the original military project lead for the Air Force Sexual Communication and Consent program. Dr. Foster has received numerous awards including a Field Grade Officer of the Year Award in 2013 from the Headquarters SAPR office and an alumna professional achievement award from Case Western Reserve University in 2016. Currently, Dr. Foster is an instructor for the Global College of Professional Military Education (Air University) and continues to write and collaborate on topics related to family and sexual violence prevention. Dr. Foster’s current work also focuses on transitioning military service members and the impacts of this change for those that elect to transition through full military retirement and those that are forced to transition due to health-related reasons or other causes. She conducts this work through her company, I Am My Life®.
